Instructions

- Gradually add warm water and olive oil until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Roll each piece into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips or toppings.
