Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (around 7 minutes).
  4. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk and half of the cheddar cheese until just combined.
  6. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish and dollop the biscuit batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
