- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 2 bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the mixture; stir well to coat and heat through for another minute.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
