Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in the skillet until bubbling (avoid browning).
- Sear the seasoned fillets for about 3 minutes on one side without moving them.
- Add minced garlic around the fillets, flip gently, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Once cooked through and flaky, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish before serving.
