- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and honey until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Carefully flip the salmon and brush with dill sauce; close the lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve with extra dill sauce drizzled on top.
