- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the steak: Whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add flank steak and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Cook the rice: Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- 3. Grill the steak: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill marinated steak for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing thinly.
- 4. Make the spicy cream sauce: Combine sour cream and Sriracha in a small bowl until well blended. Adjust spice level as desired.
- 5. Assemble bowls: Layer cooked rice at the bottom of each bowl, top with sliced steak, green onions, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- 6. Drizzle with spicy cream sauce before serving.
