- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup bacon bits
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips or fresh veggies (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the chicken breasts in a large pot until fully cooked, about 20 minutes.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or a stand mixer. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, bacon bits, and sour cream until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving alongside tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
