- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped (any color)
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté sliced onions and chopped bell peppers for about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and sliced kielbasa; cook for another 7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add uncooked rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil, ensuring all rice is submerged.
- Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and simmer for approximately 15 minutes until rice is tender.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper as needed before serving.
