Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 ½ cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

  3. On one half of each circle, place mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the other half over to create a semicircle and press edges together to seal.
  5. Place calzones on a greased baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side.
